Every price includes free delivery and up to 3 days of use for a 1-day price — and unlike most furniture rentals, we don’t just drop boxes in your driveway. Our crew delivers, sets up, and comes back for takedown, with every table and chair sanitized and inspected before it goes on the truck. Ten chairs for a backyard birthday or 150 for a school fundraiser — same easy online booking either way.
Party running past 7 PM? Ask about overnight rentals (from $75) and keep the setup through the morning. And if you’re already renting a bounce house or water slide from us, tables and chairs ride along on the same truck — one delivery, one pickup, zero extra trips for you.

How much do table and chair rentals cost in San Diego?
Adult folding chairs are $3.50 and kid-size chairs are $2.50. Tables run $15–$25 (kids’ tables, cocktail high-tops, 6’ rectangulars, and 60” rounds), and Fill ’N Chill drink tables are $40–$50. Every price includes free delivery and up to a 3-day rental (or a 1-day rental of up to 4 hours; single days beyond 4 hours add 10% per hour). A minimum order amount applies per zip code.
How many tables and chairs do I need for my party?
Plan one table per 6–8 guests: a 6’ rectangular seats 6–8 and a 60” round seats 8. Add one chair per guest (plus a couple of spares), kid-size tables for every 6–8 little ones, and cocktail tables for the standing-and-mingling crowd. Our 2-tap planner above does the math for you.
Do you set the tables and chairs up, or just drop them off?
We deliver and set up tables, chairs, and all rental equipment, review everything with you, and come back for takedown after the party. Setup normally takes about 15–30 minutes. Prefer to save even more? Customer pickup is also an option.
How do I reserve, and what deposit do you need?
Book online 24/7: pick your date, see what’s available, and secure it with a 50% deposit (a card on file is required). The balance is due before delivery, with an instant email confirmation.
Can we keep the tables and chairs overnight?
Yes — if your party runs past 7:00 PM or you’re hosting a slumber party, we can arrange an overnight rental for an additional charge starting at $75. Call (858) 560-2700 to set it up.
