We also need overhead clearance — no tree branches, power lines, or patio covers directly above the inflatable. Water slides can be 15–18 feet tall, so measure vertical space too.

One standard outdoor electrical outlet within 100 feet of the setup location. We bring extension cords rated for outdoor use.

For water slides, you'll need a garden hose that reaches the unit. We bring the sprayer attachment.

Clear the path from your driveway or street to the setup spot. Move patio furniture, planters, or anything else in the way. Our team does the rest — anchoring, testing, safety walkthrough.

Most bounce houses: ages 3–12, max 800–1,000 lbs total capacity. Water slides and larger combos are typically ages 5+ due to height and slide speed.

We list exact age ranges and weight limits on every product page. Adult supervision is required at all times — non-negotiable for safety and insurance reasons.

Rain, high winds (20+ mph), or lightning = automatic shutdown for safety. If weather forces cancellation before we deliver, we'll reschedule at no extra charge or issue a full refund.

If the unit is already set up and weather turns dangerous during your rental, we'll coordinate safe takedown. You can reschedule for another weekend (subject to availability) or receive a prorated credit.

San Diego summers are usually perfect, but June gloom and surprise fall showers happen. We monitor forecasts closely and keep you updated if conditions look iffy.

Cancel or reschedule up to 7 days before your event for a full refund or free date change. Less than 7 days' notice = 50% refund or you can apply the full amount as a credit toward a future rental.

Weather-related cancellations (decided by us for safety reasons) are always eligible for full refund or free rescheduling, even same-day.

Yes. Every unit is sanitized with commercial-grade disinfectant after every single rental. Blowers are tested, seams and anchors are inspected, and any unit with wear or damage is pulled from rotation for repair.

We're licensed, insured, and SIOTO-certified (Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organization). Safety isn't a checkbox for us — it's how we've stayed in business in San Diego since 2008.

You'll sign a standard rental agreement and liability waiver at checkout. This protects both parties and confirms you understand safe-use rules (adult supervision, no shoes, no food/drinks on the inflatable, etc.).

We carry $2 million general liability insurance. If your event is at a school, park, or venue that requires a Certificate of Insurance naming them as additional insured, just let us know — we provide COIs at no extra charge, usually same-day.

Homeowners insurance typically covers backyard party incidents, but check your policy if you're concerned. Our equipment is insured; your guests are your responsibility per the waiver.
