What does a typical San Diego party rental actually cost?
Bounce houses start around $150–$225 for a three-day rental. Water slides and combo units range from $250–$450 depending on size, and interactive games and obstacle courses run $350–$600. Delivery within San Diego city limits is free; outlying areas like Alpine, Ramona, or Valley Center may have a $25–$50 delivery surcharge. You’ll see the exact total before you check out — no surprises at pickup.
How far in advance do I need to book?
For summer weekends (May–September) and major holidays, book 2–4 weeks out — popular units like the All-Star Combo and Monster Wave sell out fast. Off-season weekdays can often be booked 3–5 days ahead, and same-week rentals are possible when we have availability: call (858) 560-2700 to check.
Do you deliver to my San Diego neighborhood?
Yes — we deliver throughout San Diego County, including Chula Vista, La Jolla, Carlsbad, Poway, El Cajon, Encinitas, Escondido, Rancho Santa Fe and more. Free delivery applies within San Diego city limits; outlying areas may have a small surcharge shown at checkout.
How much space do I need in my backyard?
Add 3 feet on every side of the unit’s footprint — a 13×13 bounce house needs roughly 16×16 feet of flat, clear space, plus overhead clearance (no branches, power lines, or patio covers). What do I need to provide on setup day?
One standard outdoor outlet within 100 feet of the setup spot (we bring outdoor-rated extension cords), a garden hose that reaches the unit for water slides, and a clear path from the street. Our team does the rest — anchoring, testing, and a safety walkthrough.
What happens if the weather turns bad on party day?
Rain, winds over 20 mph, or lightning mean an automatic shutdown for safety. If weather forces a cancellation before delivery, we reschedule at no extra charge or issue a full refund. If conditions turn dangerous mid-rental, we coordinate safe takedown and you can reschedule or receive a prorated credit.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Cancel or reschedule up to 7 days before your event for a full refund or free date change. With less than 7 days’ notice, you receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future rental. Weather cancellations decided by us are always fully refundable or freely rescheduled, even same-day.
Are your inflatables cleaned and inspected between rentals?
Yes — every unit is sanitized with commercial-grade disinfectant after every rental, blowers are tested, and seams and anchors are inspected. We’re licensed, insured, and SIOTO-certified, serving San Diego since 2008.
Do I need a waiver or insurance for my event?
You’ll sign a standard rental agreement and liability waiver at checkout. We carry $2 million general liability insurance, and if your school, park, or venue needs a Certificate of Insurance naming them as additional insured, we provide COIs at no extra charge — usually same-day.
